Jewelry - Goldsmith Craftsman
Our
workshop is filled with master goldsmiths, many having
been with E.D. Marshall's for ten to twenty-eight years.
When one compares a piece of jewelry manufactured by
E.D. Marshall to that of other manufacturers, the difference
is evident immediately. In each piece of jewelry we
create, the structural aspects are well thought out
so there is no failure under stress. In addition, each
piece is crafted with extra thickness to last a lifetime.
Over the last thirty years we have developed and refined
our own techniques in terms of casting and extruding
metal to ensure against metal porosity which is evident
in most jewelry. An absence of porosity means the metal
is very dense and will resist cracking: also, the finished
piece will take a very high polish.
The process we use to set diamonds insures that stones
will not fall out. This offers comfort to those with
very active lifestyles that enjoy wearing their jewelry
daily and not storing it in their drawers. At E.D. Marshall,
we believe jewelry is meant to be worn, not stored!
